            (December 21, 2014, St. Louis, Missouri) Dr. Udis Lord, saved by the The Speech Act, (Securing the Protection of our Enduring and Established Constitutional Heritage) from paying $50,000.00 after losing a defamation lawsuit in Canada, contracted with Ingram for global distribution of her 8 books:

            Dr. Lord said, “I  stopped writing after the defamation judgment against me in Canada.”
            Fortunately for Dr. Lord, the U.S. Federal Government bars U.S.Courts from enforcing foreign libel judgments that violate the U.S. Constitution.
            As a result, Dr. Lord continues to write and is scheduled to release her  latest  book, I Shall Rise   in the spring.
            Dr. Lord graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in School Administration from St. Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri.
She retired from the Hazelwood School District and  is currently a communication arts teacher for the St. Louis Public School, assigned to teach at Innovative Concept Academy.
Dr. Lord, has completed her second year Juris Doctor of Law studies at Taft University Law School. Thus, representing herself, won the defamation landmark case in Lord vs. Pontigon at the Missouri Court of Appeals.
